How to Stop Receiving Marketing Emails

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can update your preferences in the client area.

Steps

1. Visit the client area:
   https://my.xhosts.uk/clientarea/details/
2. Scroll to the Marketing Emails field.
3. Choose No from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Save Changes to apply your update.

Note: You will still receive important service and account-related emails when necessary.
